Washington Butler is a native of Puyallup Washington was always interested in the arts. She participated in singing contests, performed in the school's theater program and was a singer in the choirs. She moved into Los Angeles in order to learn at the University of Southern California and then was Belle the princess for two and a half years in Disneyland. Her decision to leave college was to locate a talent agent who would let her audition for films and television. Butler guest starred on The TV series CSI: Miami. Butler began shooting The Stranger Within with Estella and William Baldwin, the psychological thriller in Mallorca, in November 2011. The film was also set for shooting in Copenhagen Denmark and New York City.She joined the cast of the independent feature Treachery with Michael Biehn which began filming in Los Angeles in June 2012. Butler was co-starring with Michael Welch in 2013's horror film The Demented.
